@SylviaWitkowski@Nuha40750587 @PinaraPolitics Yikes... People are super sensitive to this. I never want to go back in time for our country. The main streamed individual lives may have seemed better but as a whole the country has grown by leaps and bounds (not that now-a-days you can tell). We need to work together.
@PinaraPolitics Approval ratings mean nothing to me. What do we base this on? It is not 100% accurate. Is this a popularity contest? Well, maybe...It shouldn't be though. When voting or basing your opinion on something is should be an educated decision not whether or not someone is liked.
@PinaraPolitics There are many reasons but the best is his stance on common sense gun laws. These include banning assault weapons and large capacity magazines. When you are in a state that has had it's fair share of gun violence coming up with any new way to stop these attacks is a plus.
@PinaraPolitics It is a sign of intelligence if you can disagree with someone but still respect them. Today everyone belittles everyone because of their beliefs. No one wants to see the other side. When you can put yourself in someone else's shoes and respect that, then we can make a difference.
@PinaraPolitics I don't believe that either of the parties are altruistic. We should be a government of "One for the People" but somewhere we got lost in our own delusions of grandeur. If we looked in as an outsider, I believe we would be in shock. The bottom line is money and big business.
@PinaraPolitics I listen to NPR on my way into work and on the way home. Politics have become so dirty and mean that it is hard to stomach more than an hour a day. Just turning on the news on any channel makes for a bad day. If something serious is happening I will turn on CNN.
