@ITAAirways The worst experience ever had with any airline. Refer to the PNR 1A-KOSWTK, flight no. AZ769 and AZ678, from Delhi - Rome- saopaulo, and on our suprise luggage has not received because it was lodged at airport now and not even getting any proper solution from airport ground staff
