1. Subject line
Never leave it blank or write something vague like “Resume”. Use something clear like: Application for Marketing Executive – [Your Name]. Include Reference number if provided

HR can instantly see what you’re applying for.

2. Keep the email short & polite
• Greet them
• Mention the position you’re applying for
• Say you’ve attached your resume and cover letter if any
• End with a thank you

3. Attach the correct files
