They informed me that, even tourism is banned we will fly and if you are not coming you can cancel your tickets,cancelation charges of 3500 applicable per sector.What a shame

Had a return. Handed the item to agent. Few hrs later received a call askin to fwd a sms to another number to process refund.
Felt suspicious and called custcare , confirmed its a fraud.
