@airvistara @DelhiAirport You are settings up a new travel protocol and routine for Vistara passengers! Now they need to unpack their entire luggage at every airport, just in case airlines loaders did something. Asking passengers to be baggage inspectors at arrival hall is simply ridiculous.

Filed report number 18202234. Disappointed at the lack of urgency from customer service. Got a standard email that I should've checked my baggage at arrival! Now I get to unpack my entire suitcase at every airport, just in case @airvistara "misplaced" something.
