This is extremely irresponsible service from SpiceJet.

My 70+ year old parents flew from Mumbai to Kochi 2 days ago and their luggage was left behind at the Mumbai airport because it wasn’t tagged properly.

@flyspicejet I just want to reiterate that my dad’s medicines are in that bag. His life is in danger the more time you take because we don’t even have the prescription to buy new meds. This has to be treated as an URGENT issue. Please do better than saying sorry and disappearing for hours.
