And just off Tennyson lies ⛪️ @arrupejesuit, a Catholic college-prep academy. The school hopes to build a $42 million, 35,000-square-foot addition to its campus.
“This is the American dream played out on Utica Street,” the school's president told me. 🇺🇸

Things are happening in NW Denver 🏗️ along Tennyson St. Here are some of the stories I've written on the corridor over the past few months. (1/5)🧵
🗣️"It’s a happening corridor for anything retail, restaurant-wise"

Neat story in @Business_Den today on an interesting company leasing space in a Cherry Creek office building

My latest on a LoHi retail building that sold for $3.85 million.
Originally built 🏗️ in the late 1800's, the space was first constructed as a two-story home, which later saw numerous additions that shape its current form.
🏠 You can still see the house behind the facade:
“When our partners in LoHi Steakbar decided not to renew the lease and continue on, we sort of felt at that point that the building and that property might not be strategically important to us.” https://t.co/6hhq5ctVG1

🚧@LakewoodCOgov bought & bulldozed two motels. One had a string of murders and a fire. The other had hundreds of police calls.
🛣️Now the city is deciding what to do with the vacant land along its prominent thoroughfares.
