I’m a big believer that our coaching “language” impacts our players. What is another phrase we can use beside “mistake free,” because that’s not realistic. How can we embrace the fact that they WILL make mistakes, but teach them that’s ok? Help with performance and emotions?
Well that didn’t go as planned. But we Own our R, learn, move on, and we will get better! #AnchorDown isn’t just a saying, it’s a mindset and lifestyle.
Coaches, it’s easy to lose sight of your health with all you have to do (I hold my hand up guilty🙋🏻♂️). But it’s one of the most important things you can control. Setting the standard for your guys also means in health and exercise!
If you are a “Great” football player you shouldn’t have to transfer high schools to get a scholarship. Colleges go to every high school. Buckle up that chin strap and put the team on your back. Don’t be a SELFish TEAMMATE.
