@seppchelsea Chelsea are a basket case of a club. Especially for young players. No way is Rigg going there. I very much doubt he’ll be leaving Sunderland anytime soon, but if he did it won’t be to Chelsea. P
@dkaustin87@saint7628 It’s not law. The EFL is effectively a club, which Southampton are a member of. By signing up to the club, you agree to abide by their rules. If you don’t they can do as they please. If a golf club bans you for life for poor behavior you have no recourse to the law.
@dkaustin87@Smogg1876 You’re also picking and choosing who to compare to. But in every case the circumstances are different. There was no precedent as you are the only club to get caught cheating in this manner.
@dkaustin87@pjcboro It isn’t as the rule about spring was introduced because of that. The rule they broke was about general sportsmanship as there was no specific rule about spying. You broke the specific rule which was introduced which is why the punishment was greater.
@dkaustin87@pjcboro Swindon were related having already won the playoffs in 1990. In that sense it not disproportionate. You cheated and got caught. That’s it.
@DanLang12@SkySportsPL Your recruitment team is shite. Eddie how’s relative running it. You’re owned by Saudis who couldn’t run a bath. Despite spending 750m you’re still shit. There’s your problem.
@Ramma_____ Saudis would rather spend £60m on a “name” to appease their pathetic fan base than £10m on a better footballer that no one in England is aware of. Which is the reason you’ve spend £750m and are still shite.
@masterg28@guesseffectwtf@RileyByron37817 As Liverpool won the league last year and spend a fortune in the summer it would be fair to say that they underperformed. The rest of the league from 5th to 18th was very tight. Just a couple of wins could push you many places. Overall it was more competetive.
