I had the pleasure of meeting Deputy Commissioner of Higher Education Dr. Mohamed Ali Farah today.

Beyond getting acquainted with each other, we discussed a number of challenges & opportunities facing the higher education sector.

Dr. Farah is a consummate educator with a long history of leading higher education sector in Puntland as well as serving two terms in the cabinet as deputy Minister of Education and deputy Minister of Justice.

I look forward to working with him and other members of the commission.
