@sandroveras Hi Sandro, not sure if you saw my reply to your message yesterday - pls DM your details so that I can look into this for you. A payment would not show on an account if the reference number used was incorrect, or if the payment was made to an incorrect bank account. Thanks, Bryce.
@sandroveras Hi Sandro, the payment should definitely be showing by now, it's possible you have entered an incorrect reference number - it needs to be 00 plus the last 10 digits of your account number. If you could DM your details, I can have a look for you. Thanks, Bryce.
@peternzheg Hi Peter, racism isn’t good in any sense - business or otherwise and we certainly don’t condone it. Be reassured that we’re not advertising on air with Magic Talk.
@HailwoodNZ Hi Matthew, we don't normally sign release forms - we release security directly with the securities register - this is usually done within two weeks from when the account is paid in full. If you could DM your details, I can look into the account for you!
@richms At the moment, letters that are automatically posted are: Credit limit increase, decrease & decline, account closure, direct debit cancellation & dishonour, as well as any collections/overdue letters/reminders.
@richms Hi Rich, unfortunately there are some letters that are automatically posted to the postal address on file. We are still working on a feature where the customer can select to have these emailed.
We have identified scammers targeting Gem and Latitude customers as well as those who are not customers of ours. Those affected have received phone calls asking for credit card details, or emails asking them to click a link, or text messages asking them to call an 09 number.
@poojashah003 Hi Pooja, Gem Finance is provided by Latitude Financial Services - the Latitude twitter account is for Australian customers, as they trade as Latitude, whereas we trade as Gem.
