Have previously been told that I lack empathy, but have also been told I am over empathetic.
Just did both tests, turns out my empathy quotient score is very low (indicative of autism, which I have), but my TEQ empathy score is really high.

A pal has just been told by her Fed Rep that her police force only has to make reasonable adjustments when actually she returns to work (currently off sick - disability related) and EqAct doesn’t apply whilst she’s off sick.
