@Butlins very disappointed this weekend with no heating at all in the venues! Pavilion was freezing! All heating lamps off! Why?!?! Definitely had a negative impact on our holiday. 3rd year this year but not sure we will rebook for next!

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@CostaCoffee so very disappointed in the service from your services store nr lakeside. Girl tried to charge for an After 8 hot choc in a small cup to take away as no other take away cups! Also until I asked, no marshmallow for the chocolate babycino which I thought was standard!

[The Cranbourne Primary @TheCranbourne]

A fantastic display of teamwork shown today at the tournament. Both football teams came in 4th. Netball A team came first with the B team in second place.

@CostaCoffee DM sent

Asked for a cloth to wipe my own table at Hertford @CostaCoffee to be told they would come and do it. Finished my coffee and cake on my lap and still waiting! Makes you laugh that only a few months ago we couldn't actually sit at a table until it was cleaned!

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@TheCranbourne Amazing netball gang! X 👍❤️

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@Morrisons DM and all that's offered is a refill! His birthday is over now 🙄

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@Morrisons I got a helium number 4 balloon yesterday and it's deflating already! I would have taken it back to the shop but it's his birthday today!

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@Morrisons I'm not sure she even gave me a receipt! I will have a look. I'm just really upset as it by looks so deflated!

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

Dumped asbestos corrugated iron on Danemead nature reserve where there are numerous public bridleways is apparently private land owner's responsibility according to @BroxbourneBC it was even scaring the horses as they rode by!

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@TheCranbourne What a great day and I had a positive experience coming back. Great organisation. Thanks Mrs Semark and co. 👍🥰

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@DecathlonUK so disappointed in service and replying to messages. I know it is a hard time to get out delivery but replying to questions is not hard.

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

[Gemma Sandy @Gemgemsandy]

@AldiUK so disappointed that you have stopped selling Melts, bread mix and choc delights puddings. Any chance they will make a return?
