Let me break it to you and reset expectations, the acquisition took just long enough to prevent us from doing a release before Holidays. That’s why it took us so long to announce the date, we tried to push as hard as we could but legally there is just too much to do and we would be cutting too close to Christmas.

@Chrisjjosephs 9-5 is 9-5 if you’re hourly. Salary is a different question. However, if you ask for an 8am start, it will most definitely be a 4pm end. If you want longer hours as a manager, you either hire them with that up front or incentivize with overtime but it is still their decision.
