@oasis you should do something for young carers or carers in general, they alwsy miss out as they can’t afford the tickets because of what funds they receive. Would be nice if they wee considered when people plan gigs etc.

I'm sure this is a "computer error"... easy to correct.

Algeria's Imane Khelif has just beat Italy's Angela Carini in the Olympic Women's 66kg Boxing Preliminaries.

Carini forfeited the match in the first round.

Khelif was previously disqualified from a women's boxing championship for having "XY chromosomes."

Last week Lynsey very bravely told her perimenopause story on @thismorning

She became very anxious and low over a few weeks and ended up being sectioned under the Mental Health Act by a psychiatrist and received many different medications and also Electroconvulsive Therapy.

She did not improve and then ended up in a trauma hospital with a broken pelvis and spine.

Her husband, Kieran, is a NHS GP who struggled for her to be prescribed HRT but when she was given HRT her mood improved and she felt better over a few weeks.

She no longer takes antidepressants and other psychiatric medication and bravely shared her story to help other women.

The mental health symptoms of perimenopause and menopause are common.

So much needs to change. Women deserve a voice and low hormones need to be considered more as a reason for mental health symptoms.

I might have reached the pinnacle of my personal career with this. What does the name Roux stand for in my profession ? It’s the top, it doesn’t get greater, there’s no respect higher. The Roux family brought standards, techniques & a philosophy to British restaurants/pubs/hotels that we’d never had before. Think of a famous British chef… they were either taught by the Roux family or taught by someone that was. The name & family are revered globally.
