@ThomasCookCares we go to Lapland on Sunday and there is still no snow a holiday that u’s provision there will be snow activities! And on the weather forecast its raining! I don’t see how u’s can’t change it? We have paid and awful lot of money for a day trip a once in a lifetime

@jasondibson @ThomasCookCares I thought I was doing the right thing makin everyone over here aware of the situation but obviously not!.writing obviously more money than sense, it’s their own faults etc I had to just ring and get it took off!.we got our holiday changed from Belfast to Manchester on the 17th

@ThomasCookCares @jasondibson I went to the media in Belfast but had to get them to take it down from the abuse we where getting cuz of what we paid for it!.but I did help one person from here her and her family got their dates changed just wish it could have been left on longer for more to see

@davinadee Yes will do!.hopefully we get some answers today I have asked them for pictures of the snow that they’re saying is there now and they don’t have any! God know what we r goin to!.a friend said it would be like going to Disney and the rides all bein closed!.she has been a few times

@headclear1 @ThomasCookCares John yes they say there’s other activities?.i have now contacted a local news company “belfast live” u might be better doing the same they r goin to see what they can do?.its a complete joke everything they’ve advertised is about this wonderful snow and there is none!

@ThomasCookCares we have wanted to do this trip for years and the thoughts of there being no snow is heart breaking you’s really don’t understand! I’m sure u’s could change a few flights to uplift everyone again! We where really looking forward to this trip and now we are dreading it!

@ThomasCookCares @WalshNicola We have paid over £2000 for this day trip for our kids to play in the snow like you said when booking and what is on our documents!why can you not just change the dates?.this is an absolute disgrace this is a once in a life time holiday for us and we won’t get the full experience
