The Marriage of Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal رحمه الله
When Imam Ahmed Bin Hanbal's رحمه الله wife passed away he said:
"Wallahi I lived with her for 40 years and we didn't argue once."
He was asked how?
He replied,
Do not withhold knowledge from its people lest you sin, and do not speak it to those who are not its people lest you be regarded as ignorant.
Indeed, upon you regarding your knowledge is a right, just as upon you regarding your wealth is a right.”
From Jafar who said: ‘I heard Malik Bin Dinaar saying:
❝Concern for the Hereafter leaves your heart due to the amount you grieve over the Dunyaa and concern for the Dunyaa leaves your heart due to the amount that you grieve over the Hereafter.❞

Ibn Qudāmah رحمه الله stated:
The best of the Prophets Ummah was Abū Bakr as-Siddīq, then ‘Umar al-Fārūq, then ‘Uthmān Dhun-Nūrayin and then ‘Alī al-Murtadā. May Allāh be pleased with all of them. This is due to what has been reported from Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar that he said,
‘We used to say, while the Prophet was alive; the best of this nation after its Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is, Abū Bakr, then ‘Umar, then ‘Uthmān. This would reach the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and he would not oppose it.’
Ibn Qayyim said:

and his recitation of the Qurʾān , then this is among the best and most beneficia and greatest of dowries.
And some differed from this, saying that the dowry can only be wealth, and that the benefits of a free person, nor his knowledge, nor his teaching, can be a dowry,
