I want to leave aside whatever political differences I have with this woman, and just strictly focus on what she's doing in this specific post:

-she (Persian Jewess) learns that Bill Ackmans company allegedly is getting falsely accused by a woman

-she then immediately makes it about her own supposed victimhood, instead of commenting mostly or entirely about the merits (or lack thereof) of the woman's accusations against Bills company. This is main character syndrome on steroids (or rather, on estroturbo)

-she also conveniently ignores why it's morally righteous for a merit based (as opposed to equity based) organization to lay off those pregnant employees: because they fail to do equal labor & productivity as their male (obviously non pregnant) employees, due to being out of commission for at least multiple months. In other words, feminists like her demand equal pay/benefits for LESSER work (in either quantity or commitment or efficiency or creativity). Sound familiar? This is the same anti equality arguments pushed by feminist athletes who insist on equal sponsorships, while getting massively Pikachu faced by Trans women (ie men) who destroy the athletic performance of bio women

-finally, she ends her post by saying that the true victims of false accusations are the legit female accusers who have yet to come out. This is bullshit. The actual victims of false accusations, are the falsely accused (usually men). The future accusers are hypothetical victims: not real yet, if ever.

This is an incredible sociopathic ability to twist an (alleged) injustice against a man into a victim-larping "main character syndrome" exhibited by countless Femcels - and yes that includes so called conservative women.

PS: I keep using the word allegedly, to leave open the possiblity that maybe Bills company is guilty of what he's being accused. You see, unlike the BAW movement, I don't automatically believe all women, until we see receipts or historical patterns.

When I was starting out in my career, I worked at an international firm headquartered in NYC.

There were six people in my specialty group. Three male partners and three female associates. I was the most junior.

The most senior associate was passed over for partner after disclosing she was pregnant with her second child. She had been with the firm for seven years. She silently had her baby, took her leave, and quit within months of returning to the office.

The mid-level associate was fired within two months of returning from maternity leave. The partners refused to staff her on deals so they could claim she had low billable hours. They knew she was the breadwinner for her family, so to avoid a wrongful termination lawsuit, they offered her three months severance and agreed not to disclose the termination to future employers in exchange for a waiver of claims.

Then I got pregnant.

By then, our group had shrunk to four people: three male partners and me as the only associate.

And right on schedule, when my chance for promotion came, I was passed over too.

Like the two women before me, I could not risk being blacklisted by suing. So I quietly left, found another job, and kept what happened to myself.

Workplace discrimination is real. It is devastating. And it happens far more often than people want to admit.

That is exactly why false accusations are so damaging.

When predatory people like @BillAckman’s “Ronda” weaponize harassment claims for attention, leverage, or a payday, they make it even harder for women with legitimate experiences to speak up.

So Bill, on this one, I’m with you. Thank you for calling out this behavior for what it is.
