Axie is being phased out here and Pegaxy low VIS price has scholars making pennies daily compared to dollars in 2021. Morale, enthusiasm, and overall interest was low.

I self funded Chat to Earn to allow scholars to earn from engagement. This improved overall enthusiasm. (2/3)

The resources to keep learning and improve to adapt are in place. If a scholar exhibits a "do not care" attitude, does not initiate using readily available help, or worse: booking appointments with a coach and not bother to show up, then go pursue other interesting endeavors. /4

The reality is Axie arena has become cut-throat competitive. I upgraded and even re-upgraded scholar axies to remain competitive and still keep doing so. Axie team reviews in Discord give feedback and insight. On demand coaching and mentoring is readily available. /3

I now set up my new Coaching Manager staff for the 800 mmr feast or famine rewards ultimatum. All 3 are scholars organically promoted and receive decent compensation: 85% payout, 2x share of new rewards pool, and gifted their own set of premium quality axies after one year. /2

Axie requires players to adapt and learn. For scholars who tell me they are open to keep learning to improve oneself, don't just say it and when it is requested to do so, not actually do it! /1
