@AmericanAir A whole bunch of us were delayed by AAL maintenance, they didnโt hold our connecting flight by even five minutes so we could all make it and now American is paying three times as much to rebook everyone. What happened to this airline?
@AmericanAir That might have worked on my last 5-8 AAL trips this year, but every single one? Iโm sitting on a fully loaded A321 with a tight PHX connection, and the ground crew timed out and is taking their sweet time being replaced (20 min now)
Havnt flown @AmericanAir in 7 yrs, I fly weekly. Decided to give it another try; severely regret. So mismanaged. Just overheard ops dir at DFW drive up to gate C31 & complain they โneeded 2 FAs & messed up the requestโ adding a FURTHER hour delay. What a mess. DAL won me back.
@SouthwestAir I was talking to a bunch of people in @CityofWichita and they all agreed SWA would do very well to have a LAX-ICT routing, because the one-stop offloads to AAL (shorter, cheaper)
Hey @SouthwestAir Iโve noticed a few times now that the intercom from the pilots is EXTREMELY low volume in the cabin, on the MAX fleet. I havenโt seen this once on the NGs. We canโt hear the pilots. Just happened again on my push from DEN.
