26 million people work from home at least part time and we think it’s being savvy. 3 million Teachers have to do it during a pandemic and people want their pay cut since they think they’re not working. Teachers sure do put up with a lot of crap just to educate our youth.
I hope schools keep in mind that most students haven't seen their classmates in 6 months. Don't punish kids for being kids when they get back in the classroom. They will want to talk, ,laugh, play, share experiences. Hopefully schools are making adjustments for this to happen.

This fall will have its own challenges just like this spring. So while we strive for high expectations, great lessons, rigor, etc. Let’s remember that more than ever we need Grace, Patience, and Love. Let this be the foundation of our mission.

ALL need to be encouraged, supported, & appreciated.
NONE need micromanaged
Focus should be on developing their strengths to excel in the classroom!
