@Thefrugalgay11 Honestly, with a solid shower curtain to break it up, it will be fine. Still busy, but definitely usable and nice!
Still has the dreaded Shower Window though. It was definitely a favourite building style of the time!
@TomTalksMoney_ You can include it in your net worth spreadsheets, but itโs just a fluff/vanity number unless itโs liquid and you no longer need a home.
@Investmentkage Dying at #3 - of course they all work summer jobs, they donโt get paid while theyโre off for summer break!
The combo of a second job + having to get ridiculously good at saving & being frugal the rest of the year to cover that gap really helps.
@DitchinDebt Is the $600 the 30% youโre setting aside, or is the $600 overage?
It should be pretty easy to calculate what tax bracket your self-employed income will fall under, so 30% is likely over. Iโd store it in a HYSA until tax time and after taxes are paid Iโd throw the rest at debt
