Deployment of 107,000 Community Health Promoters (CHPs) and 25,000 medical interns, the ongoing installation of diagnostic medical equipment in hospitals as well as enrollment of an impressive 32.4 million people into the public medical insurance system speaks to profound impact on the health care landscape of Kenya.

500 fresh produce markets are being constructed across the country to give dignified trading spaces to mama mboga, hawkers and other small business owners.

The NYOTA programme, the Kazi Majuu, Kazi Mtandaoni, affordable housing and the climate workx programme are giving an additional two million young people job and income opportunities.

Construction of 6,000 kilometers of bitumen roads across Kenya has resumed on projects that stalled six years ago, while extension of the railway and the building of a new airport is under way.

Rural electrification has connected an additional 1.4 million households over the last four years.

The economy has stabilized with a stronger shilling, stable inflation rates, highest ever recorded foreign investment inflows, improved sovereign credit ratings and a soaring performance of the stock exchange as indicators of macroeconomic stability.
