@NatWestBusiness That doesn’t really help me, I have contacted support on the chat 4 times now and it always ends in them saying I need to call and so I’m going round in circles not getting anywhere. Can no one help me on this given I’ve been waiting a month!

@NatWestBusiness I have been waiting since the start of May for my bank card and pin to be posted to me to set up my online banking but still haven’t recieved anything, nor have I had any luck getting through to someone on the phone lines.

@NatWestBusiness And my online banking activation code I was sent expired on the 18th may so it means I’ll have to request that again and wait for that to come through again.

@NatWestBusiness I have started a chat on that line a number of times now and eventually get told that they cannot help and to call in, I call in and am waiting over 30/40mins each time I call and never get through to someone.

@NatWest_Help I have called twice now, both times ending my call after waiting for someone to pick up for over 40minutes! I applied for a new account in March and still waiting for my bank card to arrive! No one seems to be able to update me! Not happy!

Great way to get children in to EVs, not that they need much convincing!

Bought this for my nephew and his birthday wish is to go for a test drive! Good choice!
