I can finally lift the veil on a very special mission… For over a month now, I’ve been working on Season 2 of House of David, the hit series streaming on Amazon Prime.
And what an adventure: the show is currently #2 on Prime US, with over 22 million viewers worldwide!
For the first time, a major Hollywood production has brought AI Artists directly into the VFX team — a pioneering initiative led by the amazing folks at Wonder Project. It’s been an incredible honor to be part of this experience alongside @HBCoop_@CharaspowerAI , and @LudovicCreator .
Diving behind the scenes of such a massive project, walking through stunning sets, collaborating with passionate teams… it’s a rare privilege. I’m proud that @Gen_makers was able to contribute to this new creative era.
In this video, @JonErwin13 explains how AI was used for the very first time in Episode 6 of Season 1, released last Thursday, and how — in his view — generative AI is transforming the future of cinema. A bold and innovative vision that I fully share.

Over the past few days, I’ve been testing a particularly promising 3D + AI workflow, thanks to my friend @ChekouhYou76184 , Head of 3D at Else.
The starting point was simple — and smart:
👉 working with intentionally untextured 3D characters, in order to test whether AI could take over the final visual refinement: colors, skin textures, micro-details, shading, imperfections, wear…
The result is, honestly, exceptional.
The Nano Banana Pro + Magnific combo (with their new Skin Enhancer model) delivers a massive time gain on what can sometimes represent up to 80% of 3D work: texturing.
👉 Where this workflow becomes truly exciting is when applied to virtual production. We can already start to see the potential time savings in environment creation, especially when combined with camera tracking, rapid iteration, and visual prototyping.
This is not about replacing 3D expertise, but about intelligently shifting creative effort to where it brings the most value.
