You can never prepare enough, I have seen someone who saved enough and more incase his wife needed to go for CS but because of the high risk nature of her pregnancy he had to spend everything on hospital bills because they were always admitting her and even started borrowing before delivery. If you plan and things work out well for you Thank God and move on.
