@Missmbl2812 I believe that was primarily an issue of police refusing to properly block traffic. The organisers tried their best. Biggest thing I'd recommend anyone concerned to do is volunteer to steward so there's numbers to handle any issues along the route without any gaps

If your mental/physical wellbeing is harmed by something that can be treated, you may be able to get said treatment via the NHS (e.g.: phalloplasty is also given to cisgender men who, for whatever reason, don't have a penis)
