If you support minorities by speaking over them instead of helping to share their stories through their voices, and using your privilege to spread their words and make sure their voices are being heard, if you're speaking for them not with them then you're not being a good ally.

Also if you're a feminist that doesn't stand up and support women of colour and trans women and all intersections of a woman, not just the white/straight/cis ones. Then you're not really a feminist.
