🚨 MIDTERM ELECTION FRAUD 🚨

At 8:11am this morning, someone else went IN PERSON to my local polling place and stole my vote.

They forged my signature and were able to cast a ballot in my name because we don't ask for VOTER ID.

To make matters worse, the ONLY form of verification we apparently ask for in PA is your street address.

So did I have to provide my street address? No! They provided it to me.

All you have to say is, "yep, that's me." and boom, you get to vote.

Why are we still letting this happen in this country!?

Get out there and vote, and remember to vote red. The only people that are taking advantage of voter fraud in this way are those that do NOT want legitimate elections.

Let's flood the country red and fix this problem once and for all! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

ICE arrested Antonio Mitchell, a Jamaican national and lawful permanent resident accused of illegally voting in U.S. elections between 2000 and 2022, despite NOT being an American citizen.

Mitchell allegedly registered to vote in New Jersey by falsely claiming U.S. citizenship and cast a ballot in the 2022 federal election. He then allegedly LIED about his voting history on his citizenship application and during multiple immigration interviews.

ONLY eligible voters have the right to cast ballots in American elections. Those who knowingly violate federal election laws will face justice.

Andrea Morzetta, an Italian national, was arrested by ICE and charged with unlawful voting by an alien. Morzetta allegedly cast ballots in four federal elections.

In a 2–1 ruling late Monday night, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals lifted a lower court's restrictions on the Trump administration's efforts to investigate suspected noncitizen voting.

The ruling allows the DOJ to resume:
✅ Requesting that states set aside ballots suspected of being cast by noncitizens
✅ Warning election officials about potential federal criminal liability
✅ Pursuing investigations into suspected election-law violations

The case stems from DOJ letters sent to election officials in California and Washington ahead of today's midterms.

Judges Carlos Bea and Consuelo Callahan sided with the administration, while Chief Judge Mary Murguia dissented.
