@GailSimone@dana_howl If you're talking about 40k, then 9th ed, to me, saps all the fun out of the game. Too much bookkeeping and too many moving parts makes it feel more like a card game than a mini war game. If you want the best 40k experience, play eds 3-5.
I hate that the drawings I actually finish are the ones I can't explain. I feel pretentious talking about them because it'll only ever come out as "I just let my hand do its thing."
Is this what I am now? Am I only ever going to draw shit like this that I can't explain?
Some Kellogg's workers are asking the public to stop buying Kellogg's products as workers have been on strike for two months and the company is working to replace them rather than negotiate a fair contract.
This is a beautiful post from a workers' wife on the strike
@WarComTeam Maybe they should've thought about this before spending the last 6 years trying to make the Imperium spotless and clean to try reaching a "wider demographic."
@vampiresnvino I was so moved by the finale of LA By Night--a lot more than I expected to be. What will happen now that it's concluded? Will you be taking up the mantle of story teller again in another V:TM chronicle sometime in the near future?
Maybe it was fear of failure that made me think it was fine before, because, looking at it now, it's so obviously not fine. Maybe I was afraid of taking the next steps, in case it turned out to be the wrong decision.
I guess I'm getting better at this. This only took me a day, when, not long ago, it might've taken me weeks of sit-down sessions. Have I improved? Or was it just a fluke? Like anything else, how much of it is really me?
Because this was what it looked like when I started, and I thought it was good enough. Something (mostly sitting and staring at it in frustration) made me keep going. Was that right? Will the "thing" be there next time?
I don't know. Maybe I'm just tired, and overthinking it.
The GOP playbook, since Reagan:
1. Run up the debt with tax cuts.
2. Blame socialism for the debt.
3. Wait for a Democratic president.
4. Blame them for the debt.
6. Block their attempts to fix it.
7. Call them failures.
8. Use it to win next election.
9. Repeat.
I was on @BBCWomansHour on Monday talking about the conversations Iโve had with these teenagers/young men. This is a breakdown of the key info Iโve learned about this community over the last 18 months or so. Thereโs a bit more info over on my Instagram too!
Really happy to see how many employee's are with the #ActiBlizzWalkout - Do your part with me and not to play any Acti/Blizz games today! Here's their demands so you can spread the word along with charities if you're feelin' cool. ๐
