I purchased a Groupon as a Guest User. I can access the voucher through the email link, but it does not appear in My Groupons and I cannot locate the order number. There is NOWHERE on the website to get help. I am logged into the email that I got the link.

@Debenhams you qualify for 49p delivery your total is £38 however when payment went through you added on a £15 delivery fee and charged me £52.99! Please please stay away from this company absolute thieves!

Trying to have my order completed or a refund for the items. Money was taken before the items were delivered. Is there anything that can be done to investigate the constant failure to customers by this company. From the comments it’s a huge issue.
@Debenhams - Debenhams sold me an item which was out of stock, charged me the 25£ for the product and then £3 shipping and refunded me only £23- now are not responding to any emails. I have been trying to sort this for two weeks

Don’t bother shopping with @Debenhams - their service is awful. No one to speak to, they don’t reply to messages via any method, no delivery a week after the ‘promised’ date. Don’t waste your time or money!!
