@HighRolland@giangdnguyen@ClayTravis Yup Trumps jab. The jab you all screamed like a little girl at a Taylor Swift concert for. Did you have a Fauci poster hanging on your wall?
@Pleasure__G@yo_its_kisha Why do all you people attack others for not wanting to buy a home? Is it because you dumped all your money into a home at peak market, and are now realizing no one is going to buy it? I don't get it
@Enrico__Palazz0@edwardJak89@ShiddderOfPants@GuyTalksFinance Your shitty 2 bedroom shack isn't worth $600k. You'll get boned on tax increases during reassesment time cause these "homos" who can't afford it won't be buying it. Have fun big guy
@DrHoulizan Its spreading. There just aren't any buyers left that are capable of affording it. The median household income is a hair over $100k. Its about half of what's needed to comfortably purchase a median priced home. The buyers are drying up. Its inevitable
@DrHoulizan Well most are in denial about what's happening. They really do believe 2021-2023 was the "new norm". They will never sniff those sale prices ever again and it will take time to accept that
@SurfinTheBTC@jonbrooks Lol you all are really clinging to this "low inventory" narrative. Dude I'm 15 minutes from Philly in a desirable area, and there are PLENTY of houses sitting for MONTHS
@edwardJak89@Enrico__Palazz0@ShiddderOfPants@GuyTalksFinance The guy is dying soon, no one is buying his overpriced house. His wealth is all on paper. He's losing it because he's seeing homes not selling on his street, because all the gullible FOMO buyers from 2022 are gone. Just let the old man be. We'll get his home in the estate sale.
@Enrico__Palazz0@GuyTalksFinance@ShiddderOfPants No there isn't. Housing near me are sitting for months and I'm in a desirable area near Philadelphia. You all are delusional with this "supply shortage"
@GuyTalksFinance@ShiddderOfPants Yeah crash it all if this is your solution. This is the dumbest shit ever when wages are hardly increasing. Let it all burn.
@PeachWillTeach@r_ric000@KobeissiLetter Yeah and all of this shit is normally cyclical. Interests rate in the 60s were hovering around 5-7% (similar to today). Historical data isn't something to throw away. Its something to use to predict the next wave.
@VladGefter Somehow a home in 1996 sold for $150k, sold again 22 years later for $280k, and now that same home is miraculously $600k and going to keep doubling every 5 years? Sure pal ๐
