🚨 MICHIGAN UPDATE 🚨

The Michigan House has passed HB 4467 and HB 4466, legislation that would prohibit healthcare providers from performing gender transition procedures on minors, including puberty blockers, hormone treatments, and gender-related surgeries.

The bills would also allow individuals who underwent these procedures as minors to pursue civil action against providers once they become adults.

The legislation now moves to the Michigan Senate and, if approved, would require the governor’s signature to become law.
