I think it's fine that people think Nathan Fielder is evil because to be honest, he kind of is, but his awareness of that fact is what makes his recent work so interesting.

I feel like pre-streaming this was way more common. A lot of shows would start rough and then figure themselves out over the course of the first season, then use what they learned to deliver better seasons for the rest of the run.
Daredevil fans aren’t ready to let Born Again go quietly.
After Marvel confirmed that Daredevil: Born Again will end with Season 3, the fan campaign #SavedDaredevil is once again speaking out — eight years after fans helped bring Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock back from cancellation.
Season 3 has already been filmed and is expected to premiere in March 2027, but fans are already making their voices heard.
Sad truth of it is we'll never see anything like this again in the streaming era. Like, that's it. The only show like Andor was itself and now it's over.
I'm no fan of method acting but when it comes to Jeremy Strong it's always so tame that it literally isn't worth caring about. Like, who was harmed by this? Is "not hanging out with his co-stars between shoots" really a crime? Cannot understand what people are so upset with here.
Jeremy Strong would treat his co-stars how he imagined Mark Zuckerberg would treat them during ‘THE SOCIAL RECKONING’.
“I told all the other actors in his scenes: ‘Guys, he’s not going to be hanging out with you at craft service. He’s not going to be yucking it up with you between takes. He’s probably not going to speak to you at all.”

Once again, I need people to stop acting like this over shows that aired on Nickelodeon right after Spongebob. Kids are capable of handling a lot more than you give them credit for!
I haven’t seen this argument but like, textually, not only is Carol Sturka a lesbian but the impact that has had on her life - namely, being sent to conversion therapy by her family as a teenager, which means she is no longer in contact with any of them - informs her whole deal
This does actually make a lot of sense when you realize that Vince Gilligan is rarely actually the credited screenwriter on any given episode of one of his shows, but it does still feel kind of crazy reading "Vince Gilligan has won his first-ever writing Emmy" in 2026.
