Exceptional from @CoachDrinkwitz. The real job of a college football coach is to develop men for life. The transfer portal has stolen that ability because the kids can leave at the first sign of adversity. Adversity is what’s used to forge character.

Bob Chesney nailed it.

“It’s a build. It has to be done the right way. It has to be done the hard way.”

There are no shortcuts to building a great program.

You build it through daily habits, clear standards, and a culture that lives those standards.

It’s the process.

WANT A BIGGER ROLE?
✅ Start by excelling in your current one.
✅ Reliably fulfill your role every day.
✅ Do it so well it's impossible to ignore you.

If you can't star in your current role,
you can't expect your coach
to give you a bigger one.
Know, accept & star in your role.

Wanting to win is easy.
Behaving like a winner every day is hard.

"You have to practice and play and behave like a winner if you want to win games."
