@MTA Bus 9649 is holding up the bus on 42nd 6th Ave. This driver always has an issue with customer and never speaks. The bus has 2 walkers and it’s packed to capacity and he is just parked without saying a word. Every time this driver is on this route this is always the issue!

@NYCTSubway I complained on April 24 regarding the M42 not arriving as frequently as it should during the 5pm rush. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for adding 2 extra buses. Not sure if it was due to my complaint or not BUT there are 2 buses that arrive btw 5:13-5:30. THANK YOU!

@NYCTSubway @MTA Grand central. It’s the same every day! By the time the bus gets to 42 and 6 Ave everyone gets on the bus in the back and roughly 10-15 ppl don’t pay. This is literally Monday through Friday 5:10 to 5:31 when the next bus comes.

@MTA why is it that during 5:10pm to 5:31pm there is no M42 bus. It’s rush hour and there should be a bus in between that time to avoid the bus from crowding.

@MTA 4 Q trains entered Time Square but the R, N, & W are delayed! Why not run those trains on the Q line so that they can at least arrive at Time Square and then take us to Queens!

Apparently now you can’t use your Delta points to upgrade yourself and family anymore. @Delta please tell me when the policy change? I can’t use my points to upgrade myself and family on a delta flight. The seats are available for one of my reservations, but the other it is not.
