@MsTweetnPuff Oh girl trust me, they WILL find a way to not pay it out. I work in the school system and they do it all the time. They lay people off with hundreds of hours of PTO and then don’t pay them out. It’s not even a requirement for many jobs and they tell you you won’t be paid out.
