Being a stay at home mom is the least unappreciated job ... it’s like you don’t matter or make a difference because you don’t bring home a pay check ... no sick days allowed. No sleeping in. You’re just expected to do it all & not need a break. Im just so tired...
The biggest lesson I’ve learned lately: if your gut intuition tries to warn you about someone, RUN. No you’re not crazy, no they don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt. Trust your gut and ONLY surround yourself with people you get truly good vibes from 🙌🏼✨
Normalize apologizing to your kid if you lash out on them by accident. Yes you’re human so you have your days, but they’re human too, they deserve explanations and apologies.
Motherhood is hard. I try my best, but some days I struggle to be the mama I want to be. I get exhausted. I make mistakes. I lose my cool, And some days I struggle to find myself. But, regardless how hard it gets, each day I still show up. No one could love my children like I do!
Never underestimate how one “yes” to something wildly outside your comfort zone can change your life. Some of the best things happen when you stop waiting to feel completely ready and give yourself permission to try.
Having a clean and organized home is so healthy and therapeutic for me. I literally feel so much better mentally, physically and emotionally when everything around me is organized.
I’m a mom. That’s all I am. I don’t even know who I am anymore. They tell you motherhood is the most amazing experience which I do believe, but I lost myself. I love my babies but I need to figure out how to love myself again.
Having a man include you in his life plans is such a beautiful thing. Him making plans for the both of y’all and not just himself really says a lot about how he views you in his life.
