Paid extra for @delhivery Express because it showed ~3-day delivery vs ~5-day Surface delivery.
Reality:
Multiple "Express" shipments took 5โ7 days from pickup to delivery.
9 shipments missed the promised delivery date.
Delays ranged from 1โ4 days.
After the delay, the actual delivery timeline became the same as Surface service.
When asked to refund the Express premium and charge Surface rates instead, Delhivery's response was essentially: "Shipment was delivered, so no waiver."
If an Express shipment is delivered in a Surface timeline, why is the Express premium still being charged?
Customers are paying for a faster delivery commitment, not just eventual delivery.

What is happening with @Delhivery lately?
Weโre facing nonstop shipment issues through @ShiprocketIndia and itโs becoming impossible to manage customer expectations.

Most of these are either stuck at destination hubs, roaming between hubs for no reason, or getting fake delivery attempts.
After all that, we finally get a new delivery TATโฆ which is usually another 48 hrs.
This cycle just keeps repeating and customers naturally blame us for delays.
Honestly, till last month Delhivery was working perfectly fine for us with almost zero issues. But from the past week, performance has completely fallen apart.
Majority of parcels are delayed, stuck, or getting fake attempts. Really disappointing experience right now from both @Delhivery and @ShiprocketIndia.
The fake delivery attempt part is honestly the most frustrating.
Customer details are correct, customers are available, but parcels still get marked as โcustomer not contactable.โ
Then when we email the KAM team about the fake remark, the first reply we get isโฆ โcustomer unreachable.โ
Thatโs literally the issue weโre reporting in the first place.
The KAM response and replying back to that email takes another 24โ48 hours.
