8/n Many GCs are limited to where they can work qualifying for reduced student loan payback, so it is not at all a value judgment and I recognize many do not have freedom to change jobs easily. But it reduced my stress significantly- Still a GC and far less stress.

Horrors of my-chart instant lab results : a close friend just learned via push notification that she has breast cancer. Alone. On Memorial Day. Before her oncologist. When her husband is on call and I’m the only medical person she knows to call... heart broken!
