I don’t believe in creative talent.
Talent is often used to describe ability that came naturally - something innate that you were born with.
Nobody is born with a pencil in their hands, but they might have a will to express themselves or create through the arts, drawing, writing, dancing, singing etc. But you develop those abilities as a skill.
I dislike when people say “I wish I had your talent… I could never do that”.
No, you literally can, you just need to commit time to developing the skill, you could be better than me! Do the thing!
Being good at art is not talent. I’ll never say someone is talented because to me it devalues the hard work and time the artist put in to cultivate that skill.
If someone suddenly got good at something it’s not because of talent, you might simply have not have seen the work behind the outcome. Practice isn’t always about time out in either, it’s about effective use of time.
Work hard guys, you got this.
I decided to release my ZBrush Plugin - Subtool Delete! 😊
This idea is to replace ZBrush delete button, it prevents accidentally deleting an entire folder and has an undo button for your last delete subtool.
Hope people find it useful! ✨

Today, in Peru, a huge mural in tribute to Akira Toriyama was unveiled, created by more than 45 artists.
110 meters long, 6 meters high, representing 70 characters from "Dragon Ball" saga.

Early in my career, a wise elder told me to settle on my "Fuck You Rate."
This was an amount of money so high, that if I had given this rate in reply to an offer, rather than saying "Fuck You," and the client met it, I'd be so thrilled at the money I wouldn't mind.

I just remembered this Japanese commercial for DBZ: Kakarot and how perfectly it reflects how much Toriyama's work really affected so many people's lives.
May he forever rest in peace.
My first role model, my introduction to pursuing art as a career, the creator behind the show that made my younger self believe I could do anything if I worked hard and ate good food. Shit, we even named our puppy Goku! Thank you for your legacy, rest in power levels over 9000 💜
