None of the above is to be considered financial advice. Just from experience and in my opinion, some of the blue-chips (such as ETH) really aren't going anywhere. So why not take advantage of these opportunities to either learn more about the market or pick up coins for cheap.
If you prefer lower-risk plays, as the market's bleeding you should be stocking up on coins that you believe are here for the long term.
ETH, SOL, AVAX etc. Depending on your risk levels you can mix in some leverage also.
Higher-risk plays will consist of low-cap alts that you believe have a future but aren't as established as say, the ones listed above. Of course as we see time and time again, 90% of projects won't be here next year. Diversify between projects you believe will have a use case.
The best time to buy is when the market is red, not green.
Remember this always.

Regardless of if it's the "right" or "wrong" thing to do, no exchange should get involved in politics and freeze accounts of those not aligned (or not even have a clue what's going on) with their political goals
