As Youth Advocates for Hamzat, we believe the Deputy Governor’s @drobafemihamzat comment should be understood for what it is: a call for young people to live within their means while building towards better opportunities.
In Lagos, housing is expensive, and many young people are still finding their feet. Starting with what you can afford does not mean settling for less; it means being realistic today while working towards something better tomorrow.
The conversation should therefore be about making housing more affordable and accessible for young Lagosians, not taking the Deputy Governor’s @drobafemihamzat message out of context.

There are no champions forever. Whatever position or platform you occupy today, use it to add positive value, make a meaningful impact, and leave a lasting legacy.
Stay humble, respect people, and never take anyone for granted. Positions are temporary, but the impact you make and the way you treat people will always be remembered.
Lead with purpose. Serve with humility. Make your impact count.

YAH celebrates our leader, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat @drobafemihamzat , on his induction as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management. It's another proof of his years of solid leadership and service.
Congratulations to NIM too on their Sapphire Jubilee.
The outcome of the Osun election is a reminder that democracy is ultimately about the people and the choices they make.
As Youth Advocates for Hamzat, we commend the peaceful conduct of the election and the call for unity after the polls. Political differences should never stand in the way of development. Once the votes are counted, the focus should be on bringing everyone together and delivering on the mandate of the people.
For us as young people, this is the kind of politics we want to see — politics that puts the people first, respects different opinions and creates opportunities for the next generation.
Elections will come and go, but the work of building a better society must continue.

@drobafemihamzat engagement with Jimi Disu is more than a discussion about Lagos; it is about progress, continuity and the opportunities that await the next generation.
As youth advocates, we stand ready to support ideas, policies and leadership that put the future of Lagos at the centre.
The work ahead is big, but together,
we can build a Lagos that works for everyone.

As we celebrate Eid, let us embrace the true essence of the occasion, a time of spiritual renewal, sacrifice, compassion, and unbreakable unity. Eid reminds us to share with the less privileged, forgive one another and strengthen family bonds. God bless the Fed. Rep. of Nigeria.

Prior to the last election, everything @PeterObi said sounded like honey to our ears. Many of us, out of ignorance, accepted his words as absolute truth. He even went as far as repeatedly telling people to “go and verify,” fully aware that most of his claims were false which could not withstand scrutiny.
When you are trapped in a mental bondage or part of a blind followership, there is almost nothing you won’t believe.
Today, however, the situation is completely different; it is so worse that I no longer have the patience to listen to his rhetoric. Whenever he appears on a TV station, I simply change the channel, because what follows is often a stream of lies, deceits and distortions.Even the few suggestions he offers on how to fix Nigeria’s problems are usually illogical, impractical, and disconnected from reality.
You can put this to the test: he will no longer uses his once-popular slogan, “Go and verify,” which he relied on heavily before the 2023 election to deceive and sway many Nigerians.
He knows that today, people will actually go and verify, and doing so will only further expose his falsehoods and deceit.
Good morning and Happy New Week Progressive..

President Tinubu brought Local Government Autonomy to Nigeria, while some state governors are still resisting it, Delta State Governor allowed it fully and the result is seen at Warri South LGA where the LG is constructing a bridge for its people. A bridge that links the farm to towns and markets!
