@TobyWalleruk Hey Static Ad Designer and Fractional Creative Strategist here, would love to design a few sample concepts for you so you can see the quality
I interviewed all of the best creative strategists in the world.
@binghott. @iamshackelford. @DenneyDara. @sourfraser. @MatthewGattozzi. @pkennedy93@thedennis. @harrydelmege_. @heyitsalexP. (thank you so much guys, you're all the best)
If you read this document you will be able to become, train, & hire the best advertiser/creative strategist in the world. I promise you that.
Hiring and training creative strategists is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make if you get it wrong.
So I asked the best in the world:
what separates the ones who actually produce winners from everyone else.
I wrote it all up in one doc.
I put a lot of time into this and there literally 0 AI, just 14 pages of straight sauce.
reply "STRAT" and I'll send it over.
Struggle to write cold emails that convert?
I created a FREE Cold Email Copywriting Mini-Course covering:
- Every Piece of a Converting Cold Email
- 7 Plug-N-Play Cold Email Frameworks
- How To Create Your No-Brainer Offer
Like + RT + Reply “Copy”
& I’ll DM you the course
three numbers that tell you if your cold email is working:
reply rate: should be above 1%
positive reply: should be 15-20% of replies
bounce rate: should be under 2%
if any of these are off, the fix is different for each one
This is the exact 7-step process I use to create ad creatives for 7-8 figure brands that scale:
1. Always start with proper research.
2. Extract real customer language from reviews and calls.
3. Map objections by awareness level.
4. Build 3 to 5 core angles.
5. Write 10 hooks per angle.
6. Script around one outcome per ad.
7. Produce variations fast, test in batches, and let data decide.
Most people start with editing.
Instead, spend 80% of the time on things before editing.

How to actually get traffic from Reddit in 2026:
0. READ THE RULES AND SEE HOW PEOPLE DISCUSS THERE IN EACH SUBREDDIT.
1. Focus on niche subreddits first. Ideally, subreddits <100k members. Big subreddits never convert well.
2. Offer valuable comments first and help people deal with their pains. Only mention your products when you get asked.
3. Stalk competitors to see what they are doing.
4. Finish every conversation you start. Reply to all replies to yours.
5. Never spam. Spam = instant ban.
9. Post consistently, like on every other platform.
10. Use Reddit search to find fresh similar threads & drop value.
Your profile is where you mention your product and link to it. If people like you, they visit your profile, and they go to your website.
Meta Ad spy tools show you who is running ads.
GoMarble shows you why they work.

If you want to make money faster.
Dedicate timeblocks for specific actions.
1 to 2 hours for outreach
1 to 2 hours selling on calls
2 to 4 hours for deliverables
Don't wake up each day and have no idea what you need to do.
This is the best performing cold email I've ever written.
(It's stupid simple)

The fastest way to kill your progress isn’t failing—it’s starting something new.
Every time you pivot because of “Shiny Object Syndrome,” you reset your momentum to zero. You’re trading a project that is 70% finished for a 0% start that gives you a temporary dopamine hit.
@AnthonyEclipse Love the workflow. In a world of AI-built stores, the only way to stand out in the feed is custom, high-intent visuals. We build thumbnails specifically for the finance/ecom niche to make sure your "1-2 day" test doesn't fail just because the hook was weak.
