Look into the debacle of flight SA290 out of SEA TO MSP. Customers deserve better.

Midnight flight delayed twice, finally on plane @ 3am only to deplane because issue wasn’t fixed.

Sent to a hotel but half of passengers didn’t get rooms…

@SunCountryAir Now an email came in stating 7:55pm departure but we’re STILL at the gate. Why even pretend like 7:55 is a possibility?

@SunCountryAir But at what point do you send a new plane? The issue has been an issue since midnight last night and isn’t fixed yet. Also, shouldn’t people be getting more vouchers? $30 for three meals in an airport is not enough

…with posted departure time of 7:35pm now but have not yet boarded (current time 7:17pm). No communication. It’s been NINETEEN HOURS since we should have departed.

This is unacceptable. Travelers deserve better. Fly us a new plane or be more transparent!
