Here’s your weekly Solana recap as we accelerate into May:

- Ethereum DeFi OG @1inch launched their DEX aggregator on Solana, connecting Solana to $7B in liquidity and expanding options for traders using the network.

- GMT Pay and the GMT Card went live from @fslweb3, enabling you to pay with crypto IRL using Apple Pay & Google Pay around the globe.

- @fusewallet introduced Fuse Card to a limited set of users in the U.S., enabling crypto payments powered by Solana anywhere that Visa is accepted.

- The space cats were hard at work, with @JupiterExchange releasing Ultra v2, a new routing engine featuring RTSE v2, Dynamic Execution, MEV Protect, JupShield, and Gasless Swaps Support.

- The @SolanaInstitute, @superstatefunds, @orca_so and @lowensteinllp submitted “Project Open” to the SEC — a major step towards enabling the issuance and trading of tokenized equities on public blockchains like Solana.

- Solana DePIN szn is in full swing, with @Dune and @SliceAnalytics compiling a 40 page(!) report showing growth across DePIN, with 238K+ registered nodes and $100K+ in weekly revenue on Solana. @SuperteamIN also released a 46 pg. report on DePIN. Plenty to review over your weekend coffee.

- @MarinadeFinance announced that @BitGo
became the first U.S.-qualified custodian to support Marinade Native staking. Institutions can now stake Solana securely while maintaining full custody and compliance.

- @believeapp launched, allowing any post on X to be turned into a token by tagging @launchcoin, with Alliance’s @lmrankhan calling it “the kickstarter for ideas and projects”. Founder @pasternak shared that the app was approaching almost $200M in volume just a few days following launch.

- Solana token launchpad competition is heating up, with @boopdotfun, @xapplehq, @MeteoraAG's dynamic bonding curve, and @moonit’s flat curve all launching following @bonkfun coming to market last week. As @iirfan put it: “In last 7 days 5+ token launchpads have launched on Solana – Too many for a ecosystem with just 75 devs.”

- @zardotapp announced a $7M raise to bring their digital dollars platform, with 100k users already on their waitlist and 7K+ money agents across 20 countries.

- Senator Rick Scott, Rep. French Hill, Rep. Ritchie Torres, and Senator Bill Hegarty were announced as speakers at Solana Accelerate, coming to NYC in just a few weeks. Follow @SolanaConf for more updates!

- @arcium’s public testnet went live, bringing us step closer to unlocking private-by-default crypto apps with encrypted compute.

- @OndoFinance expanded their institutional grade tokenized RWA bridge to Solana, powered by @LayerZero_Core.

- @0xShitTrader shared that @ellipsis_labs are the primary developers of @SolFiAMM, an AMM that’s facilitated over $100B of trading volume.

- @phantom introduced gasless swaps, enabling trades without SOL needed in your wallet.

- @jamesonhodge introduced a new derivative with @tradeonparsa, where users can trade the price range of digital assets on Solana.

- @KaminoFinance integrated @Chainlink price feeds to further harden its oracle data.

- @dtelecom launched their decentralized real-time communication platform on Solana.

- @Fragmetric launched Fragmetric staked BTC (fragBTC), a yield-bearing wrapped BTC built on the FRAG-22 (Fragmetric Asset Standard) powered by token extensions on Solana, co-launched with @SolvProtocol and @ZeusNetworkHQ.

- @glympsedotfun launched Glympse Fantasy Games, where creators can turn X engagement into tokens and compete in fantasy sports-style competitions.

- The team behind @genopets launched @EliteAgents_AI, a “Shopify for AI Agents” featuring no code and MCP server tools to deploy AI agents on Solana.

- @SuperteamCAN kicked off their Startup Village in Toronto for founders heading into Consensus Toronto.

- And last but not least — the Solana Ecosystem Call is so back. @kashdhanda announced it will return on May 13th.
