-ikhfa could've been a doctor/healer who attended the akedemiya
-she could be associate with hermanubis/temple of silence
-she is 100+ years similar to faruzan
-she could've been of high rank/associated with someone of high rank

whereas we know ikhfa has multiple fully finished concept art (of course still subject to change but unlikely scrapped) which means she also has a high chance to become playable like shenhe! plus the name ikhfa was mentioned before in kaveh’s voice direction script file

I'd also like to mention momoka..if momoka can get a complete revamp RIGHT before release and still come out and look extremely recognisable that's worst case scenario for ikhfa. we'll either get a dahlia situation or a kirara situation, both ending in her release..
