@Stuartjamess@mikemaca@SouthamptonFC Yep, cheated. Received a massive advantage in every game too. Heard that our analyst found out you were going to play 11 on the park, it was fantastic insight.
Players win games.
@mikemaca@SouthamptonFC I get it, you’re defending your club to ensure you’re not seen to have had any advantage in this situation. The panel was not independent and you know it. Perhaps if your club defended aswell as you are, you wouldn’t have bottled autos or the final.
@mikemaca@SouthamptonFC The appeal was just a rubber-stamping exercise. the original panel had already set the tracks in stone, and the system was never going to risk its own reputation by reversing a done deal.
As an ex-professional player for a club, there is an inherent, subconscious affinity or professional goodwill toward that institution.
Lydia Banerjee wasn't impartial because her law firm has previously been paid to represent Middlesbrough, creating a clear conflict of interest when she was chosen to rule on a massive case that directly benefited that same club.
no matter length of relationship, it compromises the appearance of total neutrality.
SFC are in the wrong, and deserved punishment but don’t sit here and tell me the above isn’t true.

Independent review my ass. Look at who was involved the case.
Lydia Banerjee is a sports and employment law barrister at Littleton Chambers in London. Her direct links to Middlesbrough stem from her professional legal practice, where she has advised and represented Middlesbrough F.C. in various sports-related and regulatory matters.
David Winnie was an ex player for Middlesbrough.
@TomSaintsFC@LUFC_12345@heyitsrichy@MattPB_ Actually Leeds were worse. They openly admitted to spying on EVERY team. And the media lauded the coach for it. Saying it’s the type of “hunger” “tacfics” “attitude” that Leeds needed. And now, those same media personalities were the ones calling for Southampton’s head
