UGC নির্ধারিত যোগ্যতা যেমন নেট /সেট /পি এইচ ডি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও এমনকি মাস্টার ডিগ্রী তে 55% নম্বর না থাকা অযোগ্যরা যদি পশ্চিমবঙ্গের কলেজ গুলোতে স্থায়ী হতে পারে। তাহলে UGC নির্ধারিত যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন যেমন নেট /সেট /পি এইচ ডি করা সকলকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের কলেজে পড়ানোর সুযোগ দেওয়া হোক।
