@NatWest_Help oh my goodness. Moved from Sainsbury’s credit to NatWest. Can’t log into the app. Cora is useless. On hold on phone for 45 minutes gave up. Tried WhatsApp but no response after 25 minutes. I’ve never banked with NatWest before. It’s not boding well. Hopeless.

The IT ‘glitch’ today took out most of the shore stations of our wave buoy network. So all the wave buoys are still happily collecting data but they just can’t chat to the shore computer which is why they look “off line”. ⁦@OfficialSWCM⁩ https://t.co/wodVNZLUgz

Following my father’s recent death I have been dealing with his banks. Santander @santanderuk have been helpful and swift. By stark contrast Nationwide @AskNationwide have been truly awful. I would never open a bank account with them. Avoid.
